The Rügen location plans to develop up to 100 apartments for seniors and another 100 apartments for young families. These ambitious plans are supported by funding from the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

The senior living concept of Transocean Global Group REE AG offers seniors who can still live largely independently an attractive, needs-based, and comfortable form of housing, equipped with the latest technology and a pleasant ambiance. In our service apartments, residents have the opportunity to shape their daily lives independently while also accessing numerous support services.
This support enables residents to lead an independent and carefree life even in old age.
Our goal is to provide our residents with a special service that is rarely found elsewhere. We want our residents to feel comfortable and secure.
Each resident not only signs a lease with us but also an associated service package. The use of communal areas is included. Additionally, further services can be arranged through our service office based on individual needs and preferences, provided by our external cooperation partners. Care services are also provided based on need and depending on the individual care level by our cooperation partners.
The living spaces range from 27 to 73 square meters, providing the right solution for every need. Rent prices start at €860.00 for a one-person household, including utilities and a service fee. The expected availability for new occupancy is planned for the end of 2025.

Healthcare Company AG (HCC AG) will be renamed Transocean Global Group REE AG. Transocean Global Holding has its origins in the 1940s as an oil production company and has evolved over nearly 80 years into a global investment player. The CEO, Ramazan Taskin, aims to increasingly focus the company on the European market. To this end, he has carried out a capital increase in HCC AG and acquired the majority of the capital through Transocean Global Holding.
During the annual general meeting and utilizing the majority of Transocean shares, the company name was changed to emphasize the new focus on international investment opportunities and the transformation of the company.
Transocean Global Group REE AG will now place a greater emphasis on investments in the senior living sector. It plans to divest its properties in the healthcare sector to a private operator who will integrate them into their corporate group. Through this strategic realignment, the company aims to meet the growing demand for senior housing while handing over the healthcare properties to an experienced partner, allowing it to fully concentrate on its new core business.
